These are the requirements:
- Be a rising 9th-Grade student or currently a 9-12th grade student at San Bernardino High School, PAL Charter Academy, and live 10 miles within the high school service area.
- Be a United States citizen or permanent resident.
- Meet federal low-income guidelines and be a first-generation student (neither parent nor guardian has graduated from a four-year college or university).
- Achieve and maintain good academic standing in all classes with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Have the potential and desire to attend college and need additional academic support.
