How to apply
Please click the button below that corresponds to your high school. If you are an 8th grader, please complete the application for the school you will attend as a 9th grader.
NOTE: In order to be eligible for the Upward Bound Program students must have completed the 8th grade, be between the ages of 13 and 19, and have a need for academic support in order to pursue a program of postsecondary education. All students must be either from low-income families or be potential first-generation college students.
Students must also have at least a 2.5 GPA
Step 1
Parent and student must complete and submit the application.
Step 2
Parent and student must interview with an Upward Bound team leader for further evaluation
Step 3
Parent and Student must receive a program orientation.
